Started in 2019, Worldnesia is a language institution which provides practical Indonesian language course for professional adult learners through curated learning materials and systemized learning method, to help language learners around the world to be able to #SpeakLikeLocals in no time.

2. Choose Your Course
During your free consultation session, our account executive will inform you about our available course packages and the investment fee. You can discuss and also ask other information if you have anything pop up in your mind. We are more than happy to welcome your questions!
If you have made up your mind to start your language journey with us, you can send us your preferred learning schedule (day and time) so we can check our language educator availability. Once your schedule has been confirmed, we will send online registration form to your email and you can start to fill out the form.
4. Make your payment
Once you have filled out the form, we will send an invoice to your email. Currently we are accepting cash, bank transfer, and credit card (Visa/MasterCard) via online payment. We required you to make full payment for your selected course before you start your first session. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will send you your receipt, textbook, and your Microsoft Teams account prior your first session.

How do I register for the free consultation session?
First, you have to fill the free consultation form here. Write down your requested schedule for the consultation session (date and time) and we will follow it up through email within 2 x 24 hours.
Where do free consultation session will be hold and how long does it take?
Our free consultation session lasts for 30 to 60 minutes. We have two options for the free consultation session that you can choose by yourself based on your preferences.
- Digital class will be hold through our Microsoft Teams platform.
- Offline class will be hold at our office center (Kantorkuu Citywalk Sudirman Level 2, Central Jakarta).
What day can I request for free consultation session?
You are able to request the day and time you would like to attend (Monday-Saturday, 9am-8pm) on the registration form. After that, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm your booking.
What kind of Indonesian language we will learn in Worldnesia?
We teach both informal Indonesian and business/formal Indonesian, because Indonesian normally switch our way of speaking depends on the situation and to whom we are talking too. So, It will be beneficial if you learn and able to use both interchangeably!
For informal Indonesian, we teach Indonesian language that locals commonly use on a daily basis so you will be able to understand and #SpeakLikeLocals as soon as possible!
Is this course program will be taught by native educator?
Yes, each session will be conducted by Indonesian native educator. For a beginner level, our educator will incorporate some of your native language (Japanese/English) when giving explanation, so you can absorb the learning materials better and with less burden. However, along the way, our educator will switch the language to full Indonesian so you will get used to it. Don’t worry, you are in a good hand!
How do I register for this course program?
While joining our free trial class, we will inform you about the investment fees and other information related to our course program. If you have decided to register, you have to send us your requested learning schedule. After that, we will send you a registration form to be filled out. An invoice will be sent to you within 2 x 24 hours. After you made your payment, you are ready to start your #SpeakLikeLocals journey!
May I know the schedule for the class session?
Our business hour is from Monday-Saturday, 9am-8pm. You will be able to request your own schedule and learn anytime, anywhere with us! (We have to check and adjust your request schedule with our educator availability first. Don’t worry, we will try our best to fulfill your request!)
What type of learning method that you offer?
We are using communicative language teaching to deliver our classes. We want to make sure you, our learner, could understand the context properly and able to speak it directly after the class.
All of our classes are delivered through private session. We offer one–on–one for individual learner (private class) and small group class so it would be more effective for you to learn faster and better.
*during the COVID-19 pandemic, we will only held online group class. Please reach out to us for more information.
What type of classes that you provide?
We offer two different type of classes that you can choose:
- Digital class
This is our online class. You can learn anytime, anywhere, even when you’re abroad! (class will be hold through Microsoft Teams platform).
- VIP class
This is our most favorite class. You can easily switch betwwen face to face class and online class. Our language educator’s attention is 100% on you.
How many sessions are there in your packages?
We offer 12 and 24 sessions packages. Each session will be conducted in 50 minutes.
Our recommended learning plan is 2x class per week (50 minutes/session), especially if you just start your journey. However, if you have lots of work, we recommend you to take class at least once a week so you can keep on progressing every week.
How long does it take to finish one level?
Our learning materials are designed to be finished in just 24 sessions. However, depends on your current language proficiency and commitment outside the class to use the language, you might be able to finish earlier or later.
If I have registered to this program and want to have another educator in the middle of my learning progress, is it possible?
A dedicated educator will be assigned for one learner throughout the package. However, you can request to change assigned educator after second session.
After you completed one level, you will be assigned to new educator on the next level, so you could familiarize yourself with other Indonesian dialects.
If I have registered to VIP package and unable to go to Citywalk Sudirman due to emergencey/urgent reason, how?
If you have urgent business or if we faced any emergency state that makes you unable to take offline class, you may reschedule or convert it to online class.

How do I pay the tuition fee?
We receive your payment on cash, bank transfer, and credit card (VISA and Mastercard only) via online payment. Payment shall be paid fully prior first session.
